About Coppergate Land & Property

Coppergate Land & Property is a specialist consultancy providing clear, strategic advice across the full spectrum of land and property matters with particular expertise in compulsory purchase, compensation, and land rights.

We work with landowners, developers, infrastructure promoters, and acquiring authorities to support the delivery of complex projects. From negotiating easements and wayleaves to resolving access issues, managing utility constraints, and securing land through agreement or statutory processes, our work is grounded in deep technical knowledge and practical experience.

In addition to infrastructure and land assembly work, we advise on a wide range of general property matters. These include commercial agency, valuation, landlord and tenant negotiations, business rates, and estate management. We also provide support with dispute resolution, advocacy, and strategic case management, particularly where land rights, compensation, or access are contested.

Our approach is commercially realistic, legally informed, and always focused on protecting our clients’ long-term interests. We understand that every instruction is different, which is why we adapt to suit each project's commercial, legal, and strategic context.

While we offer a comprehensive service in-house, we also work closely with a trusted network of fellow professionals including planners, legal advisors, and valuation specialists to ensure our clients benefit from a joined-up, expert-led team when needed.
